SLT 900 fly ash brick machine uses German SIEMENS PLC control, SIEMENS frequency conversion technology, double high dynamic proportional valve, 360 degrees multi-axis forced concrete pouring system and heat treatment of major parts of mold/machine. It is one of the most popular concrete block making machines with a more economical investment cost, which is very suitable for entrepreneurs.
SLT 900 fly ash brick machine (9 stands for 10pcs of “400x200x200mm” hollow blocks per mould) has the production capacity of 1,620-2,160pcs of 400x200x200mm concrete blocks or 129-172sqm of cement pavers per hour. By changing different molds, it’s able to produce different types of concrete hollow blocks, solid bricks, paver, interlock & curbstone.
SLT 900 fly ash brick machine body is welded from high strength castings and special materials, with good rigidity, vibration resistance and long service life. The electrical system uses Siemens touch screen and programmable logic controller (PLC), including safety logic control and fault diagnosis system. Hydraulic components adopt high dynamic proportional valves, which can adjust the amount of oil and pressure according to different production requirements. Four - bar guide synchronous gear ensures accurate operation of tamper head and die. Using table vibration and 360 degrees forced feed, shorten the molding cycle, to achieve efficient production.

High-strength HARDOX steel used for distributing frame, bottom plate and stirring blade. 360° motor-controlled stirring shaft ensures excellent wear resistance and improved product quality in automatic brick production line.
3. Servo Vibration Monitoring System
It is used to monitor the working state of the servo vibration system, including the amplitude, displacement, accelerated speed and exciting force of the detecting vibration table.
4. Full-automatic Control
Our equipment boasts advanced Siemens automation technology, with remote download, fault monitoring, and easy man-machine interaction. It saves on labor, and manages production data while maintaining low failure rates and stable operation.
